- Fill in the form and save the entered data
- Send the duly completed form per e-mail to our Rudolf Technical Service (RTS)
You will receive an answer respectively an RMA Number (Return Material Authorisation Number) from us as soon as possible.
As the RMA Number serves to identify, quickly process an trace back your reshipment, please write the RMA Number clearly visible
on your reshipment packaging.
For the protection of our colleagues we kindly ask you to send us the products in clean and sterilized condition.
